Welcome to The 12th Youth World Cup Living Painting Competition!

Join us at Richmond Olympic Oval for the exciting the 12th Youth World Cup Live Painting Competition, a distinguished global event that unites young artists from around the world to celebrate creativity and cultural diversity. Hosted by the Youth World Cup Live Painting Competition Organizing Committee and jointly organized by the Canada Youth Arts Development Foundation, Il Centro Italian Cultural Centre, and Canada Shandong Chinese Business Association, this event is designed not only to showcase emerging talent but also to foster international friendships and cultural exchange.

Registration Age Groups:

Preschool Group A (Age 4-6)

Childrend Group B (Age 7-12)

Juvenile Group C (Age 13-17)

Youth Group D (Age 18-25)

Competition Requirements:

1. Theme: Choose one from Friendship, Dreams, or Environmental Protection.

2. Form of Painting: No restrictions.

3. Painting Materials: No restrictions (Participants must bring their own. Please do not use materials that remain wet after completion).

4. Artwork: Concepts may be prepared in advance, but all artwork must be created on-site.

Awards:

First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, Honorable Mention

Judging Criteria:

Theme (20%), Creativity (20%), Technique (20%), Color (20%), Composition (20%)

Items Provided Onsite:

Easels, canvases, paper size: 11 x 14 inches, T-shirts

If you bring your own paper, it must be between 11 x 14 inches and 18 x 24 inches. Sizes smaller or larger than this range will not be considered in the judging.

Submission of Artwork:

1. Please fill in contestant information on a sticker on the back of the artwork.

2. Ensure that the artwork is dry before submission.

Entry Requirements:

1. Please register for entry between 12 PM and 1 PM.

2. Contestants should bring their own drinking water and food is NOT allowed during the competition.

Parking:

Paid parking is available at the ground floor.
