Join renown artist and chef Carmelo Sortino as he unveils the secrets of Italian cuisine and have a taste of his exquisite dishes. This is a demonstrative class with limited hands-on, organized in collaboration with Slow Food Vancouver.
The theme of this class is Classic Italian Dinner, and the menu includes:
– Spicy West Coast Prawns on a Bed of Baby Greens;
– Fragrant Saffron Risotto;
– Pork Loin Cutlet Crowned with Prosciutto and Asiago Cheese;
– Zabaione Topped with Fresh Berry Reduction.
