Join renown artist and chef Carmelo Sortino as he unveils the secrets of Italian cuisine and have a taste of his exquisite dishes. This is a demonstrative class with limited hands-on, organized in collaboration with Slow Food Vancouver.


The theme of this class is Entertaining in Style, and the menu includes:

– Chef’s choice of Assorted Bruschetta;

– Spinach and cheese Ravioli with Butter and Sage Sauce;

– Fillet Mignon with Porcini Mushroom Sauce, Roasted Baby Beets and asparagus;

– Sicilian Cannoli.
