Join renown artist and chef Carmelo Sortino as he unveils the secrets of Italian cuisine and have a taste of his exquisite dishes. This is a demonstrative class with limited hands-on, organized in collaboration with Slow Food Vancouver.


The theme of this class is Spring Menu, and the menu includes:
– Sautéed Scallops Milanese Style on a Bed of Arugula;
– Pasta with Fresh Pesto Sauce, Pine Nuts and Basil;
– Rack of Lamb in Marsala Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Sage and Butter, Served with Green Beans and Baby Beets;
– Chocolate Mousse Topped with Raspberries.
