Join renown artist and chef Carmelo Sortino as he unveils the secrets of Italian cuisine and have a taste of his exquisite dishes. This is a demonstrative class with limited hands-on, organized in collaboration with Slow Food Vancouver.
The theme of this class is Fresh from the Ocean, and the menu includes:
– Fresh Orange and Fennel Salad, Topped with Goat Cheese, Served with Lemon and Orange Dressing;
– Pasta with Classic Organic Tomato and Basil Sauce;
– Roasted Wild Salmon, Fresh Lemon and Caper Sauce, Served with Medley of Peppers and Green Beans;
– Limoncello Mousse.
