Second appointment with this series of meetings for Italians who have just arrived in Vancouver and are looking for an orientation in the local culture, in collaboration with Diario da Vancouver blog writers Diego and Jlenia.
The meeting will feature presentations by Kim Winter (Citizen and Immigration Officer, Western Region, Citizenship and Immigration Canada) and by Marcela Lenger (Program Advisor, Ministry of Jobs, Tourism & Skills, Province of British Columbia), giving an overview of federal and provincial immigration policies, process and regulations as they relate to newcomers, working holiday visa holders and new and potential immigrants.
