Treat yourself to an elegant evening featuring an innovative and delicious menu, created by our Chef Nevada Cope, including: hors d’oeuvres; antipasto with prosciutto and melon, bocconcini and tomato, marinated artichokes, mushrooms and olives; Il Centro’s signature lasagna; platters of porcini mushroom risotto; AAA Alberta beef fillet with skewers of prawns, seasonal vegetables and potatoes with demi-glace; platters of salmon; platters of fresh fruit; a dessert trio with traditional Sicilian cannoli, lemon tarts and chocolate mousse.
