You love gelato but you can’t eat dairy or you follow a vegan diet, this is the class for you! Join us in this intimate hands-on gelato making class and learn how to make a creamy and flavourful vegan Italian gelato from our gelato master Giorgio Barassi, owner of Nuvola Gelato & Dolci.

Giorgio will guide you through the history of gelato, explain the best techniques and talk about the best ingredients and equipment for the creamiest dairy and egg free homemade gelato. During the class (about 3 hours) you will make a banana gelato and learn how to make it variegato al cioccolato. This class is nut free, since rice milk is used as base for the gelato. 

You will also learn how to make a Strawberry Sorbetto, traditionally dairy free.

At the end of the class you will taste the gelato you made.
