TASTE OF… is our popular series of themed dinners that take our guests on a gastronomical trip across Italy. Spanning from the northern regions all the way down to the Mediterranean islands, our guests will be able to taste not only regional specialties, but also creative dishes inspired by the rich Italian culinary tradition.
On this evening, we explore the foodie highlights of Veneto, home to some of the most recognizable dishes, desserts and wines in Italian, European and worldwide cuisine; prosecco, amarone, pinot grigio, spritz, bellini, asiago, radicchio, tiramisù… these are only some of the iconic dishes, wines, or ingredients that originate in Veneto.

Portobello, Spinach, Garlic, Asiago
- Agnello brasato
Braised Lamb Served with Mashed Potatoes
- Scallops with Endives
Crispy Panko, Lemon Beurre Blanc
This menu is created specifically for this evening, and we politely decline all requests for substitutions or modifications. Wine and other alcoholic drinks are not included, but are available for purchase during the dinner.
Reservations are necessary. Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner is served at 6:30 pm in family style.
A limited number of tickets is available for this socially distanced event, where every table can only host a maximum of 6 guests that are part of the same household or bubble, up to a maximum of 50 people for the entire event, staff included. Precautions will be taken to avoid the spread of Covid-19, following the restrictions and instructions from the BC Health Authority.
