Join us in this exploration of the foodie highlights of  the Veneto region. Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner served at 6:30 pm, in the Trattoria. Tickets are $40. Alcoholic beverages are not included, but a cash bar is available. Advanced ticket purchases are required.  This event features a special dinner menu created specifically for this event, and substitutions are not possible.

Buffet Menu

Baccalà mantecato 

(creamed salt cod dip, served with crostini)

Insalata di radicchio grigliato

(Grilled Radicchio, Arugula, Pine Nuts, Balsamic Reduction, Shaved Grana Padano)

Insalata di frutti di mare Veneziana

(Calamari, Baby Shrimp, Peppers, Citrus, Herbs)

Risotto alla sbirraglia

(Roasted Chicken, Peppers, Tomatoes, Parmesan)

Papazoi

(Borlotti Beans, Barley and Corn Soup)

Fegato di vitello alla Veneziana served with verza affogata

(Veal Liver, Sage, Onions, White Wine, Vinegar Served with Braised Cabbage)

Arrosto di maiale al latte

(Milk-Braised Pork Roast)
