Join us for the first of these popular buffet dinners for 2020, as we explore the foodie highlights of Toscana (Tuscany) with a unique menu designed to reflect and homage the regional cuisine.
Doors open at 6.00pm, dinner is served at 6.30pm. Tickets are $42. Alcoholic beverages are not included, but a cash bar is available. Advanced ticket purchases are required.
- Crostini di fegato (Crostini with Chicken Liver Pâté)
- Panzanella (Salad with Crusty Bread, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives)
- Insalata di tonno alla toscana (Salad with Tuna, Tomatoes, Green Onion, White Beans)
- Pappardelle con ragù di coniglio (Fresh Egg Pasta with Hare Meat Ragu)
- Risotto alla toscana (Risotto with Ground Beef, Chicken Gizzard, Tomatoes)
- Lingua al dragoncello (Beef Tongue in Terragon Sauce)
- Salsiccia con fagioli all’uccelletto (Mild Italian Sausage with Tomato and White Bean Stew)
- Castagnaccio (Spiced Chestnut Torte with Pine Nuts, Raisins, and Whipped Ricotta)
