TASTE OF… is our popular series of themed dinners that take our guests on a gastronomical trip across Italy. Spanning from the northern regions all the way down to the Mediterranean islands, our guests will be able to taste not only regional specialties, but also creative dishes inspired by the rich Italian culinary tradition.
On this evening, we explore the foodie highlights of the southern region of Puglia (Apulia), famous for its olive oil production, with an estimate of 60 million trees living in the region. Many traditional pugliese dishes surged to fame to become Italian staples, like orecchiette con le cime di rapa. Puglia’s natural wonders are matched by the beauty of its many archeological sites, that reflect a long history of colonization that traces back to the ancient Greeks.

This menu is created specifically for this evening, and we politely decline all requests for substitutions or modifications. Wine and other alcoholic drinks are not included, but are available for purchase during the dinner.
Reservations are necessary. Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner is served at 6:30 pm in family style.
A limited number of tickets is available for this socially distanced event, where every table can only host a maximum of 6 guests that are part of the same household or bubble, up to a maximum of 50 people for the entire event, staff included. Precautions will be taken to avoid the spread of Covid-19, following the restrictions and instructions from the BC Health Authority.
