TASTE OF… is our popular series of themed dinners that take our guests on a gastronomical trip across Italy. Spanning from the northern regions all the way down to the Mediterranean islands, our guests will be able to taste not only regional specialties, but also creative dishes inspired by the rich Italian culinary tradition.
As a special Valentine’s feature, on this evening we explore the best foods from our “Taste of…” dinners, in a culinary tour of the entire peninsula of Italy. Bite after bite, taste the most traditional dishes from the north to the south of the country. This “bird’s eye view” of the cuisine of Italy will surely leave you craving for a more detailed exploration of the cuisine from the 20 regions of Italy.

With Pine Nuts, Shaved Parmigiano, Balsamic Vinegar
- Seared Albacore Tuna Salad
With Green Beans, Tuna, Eggs, Potatoes, Tomatoes
- Saffron Seafood Risotto
With Baby Shrimp, Peas, Saffron, Garlic
- Pollo al marsala
Chicken Marsala with Garlic, Shallots, Mushrooms and Herbs
- Braised Italian Meatballs
With Garlic, Chillies, Herbs, and Tomato Sauce
- Zeppole di San Giuseppe
Pastry Cream with Maraschino Cherries
This menu is created specifically for this evening, and we politely decline all requests for substitutions or modifications. Wine and other alcoholic drinks are not included, but are available for purchase during the dinner.
Reservations are necessary. Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner is served at 6:30 pm in family style.
A limited number of tickets is available for this socially distanced event, where every table can only host a maximum of 6 guests that are part of the same household or bubble, up to a maximum of 50 people for the entire event, staff included. Precautions will be taken to avoid the spread of Covid-19, following the restrictions and instructions from the BC Health Authority.
