TASTE OF… is our popular series of themed dinners that take our guests on a gastronomical trip across Italy. Spanning from the northern regions all the way down to the Mediterranean islands, our guests will be able to taste not only regional specialties, but also creative dishes inspired by the rich Italian culinary tradition.
On this evening, we explore the foodie highlights of Calabria, the most southern of the regions in mainland Italy. Calabria features a typical southern Mediterranean cuisine, with a balance between meat-based dishes, fish, and vegetables.
- Nduja Crostini
Grilled Eggplant, Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Basil, Balsamic Vinegar
- Pasta alla puttanesca
Anchovies, Garlic, Capers, Tomatoes
- Rack of Lamb
With Smoked Ricotta Polenta and Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes
Spiced Chocolate Cookies
This menu is created specifically for this evening, and we politely decline all requests for substitutions or modifications. Wine and other alcoholic drinks are not included, but are available for purchase during the dinner.
Reservations are necessary. Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner is served at 6:30 pm in family style.
A limited number of tickets is available for this socially distanced event, where every table can only host a maximum of 6 guests that are part of the same household or bubble, up to a maximum of 50 people for the entire event, staff included. Precautions will be taken to avoid the spread of Covid-19, following the restrictions and instructions from the BC Health Authority.
