Come to Il Centro to learn the handcrafted art of making sausages and capicollo sausage from scratch. Discover the secrets of old-school homemade Italian sausages with our sausage maker extraordinaire: Luigi Bastone. In this intimate, two days hands-on workshop you will learn how to make spicy and mild Italian sausages, try Luigi’s salami, sample seasoned pork loin and bring home your homemade sausages.
Bring an apron, clean container and your appetite! Feel free to bring your own bottle of wine if you’d like!
The dates and time for the two-day workshop is: 
January 11th & 12th from 6:30 – 10:30 pm in the Italian Cultural Centre’s Trattoria
