Chef and Pasta Master Sergio Cinti will teach you all the secrets to make perfect Tagliatelle. Originally from Bologna, the motherland of pasta, Sergio will share his knowledge with you and turn you into a pasta master. This will be an intimate and hands-on class, in which you will make your own dough, learn how to stretch it using a pasta machine, how to cut it and shape it. At the end of the class, you will taste what you made, or bring it home.
Bring an apron, a clean container, and an appetite. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine.
