Time to let your inner Italian shine and take your pasta-making skills to the next level with our Pasta Making Series!
Chef and Pasta Master Sergio Cinti will teach you all the secrets of egg pasta making. Originally from Bologna, the motherland of egg pasta, Sergio will share his knowledge with you and turn you into a pasta master. The series is made of 3 intimate and hands-on classes. In each class, you will make your own dough, learn how to stretch it using a pasta machine, how to cut it, shape it and fill it. At the end of each class, you will also taste the pasta you made. There will also be some pasta to bring home.
Bring an apron, a clean container, and an appetite. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine.
November 18th: Pasta ripiena (stuffed pasta). In this class, you will learn how to make different shapes and variety of pasta ripiena, like ravioli or tortelloni. You will learn how to make the perfect dough for stuffed pasta and the different stuffings to fill it.
