    7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Luciano Pavarotti is arguably the best tenor to have ever lived. He dominated the operatic stages throughout the globe in the 70’s and 80’s through the great Puccini and Verdi operas and became a household name through his crossover collaborations with the biggest popular music artists of the day. In the 1990’s, he joined Plácido Domingo and José Carreras to form The Three Tenors where they filled stadiums across the world. He remained the King of Opera until his death in 2007. This concert will feature three tremendous tenors (Scott Rumble, Sunny Shams and Turgut Akmete) accompanied by pianist Roger Parton for a night that features all the best tenor repertoire from the opera and concert stages. Pay-What-You-Can at the door.

This event is part of a series presented in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy,  City Opera Vancouver, the Alliance Française de Vancouver and the Consulate général de France
