Gourmet Easter Chocolate Cream Egg

In this class we will learn to make real chocolate cream eggs, using real cream and chocolate.  Join Geoseph Domenichiello, chocolatier & chocolate sommelier, for this interactive chocolate truffle making class. What you will learn:

  1. How to make ganache.  Each person will make their own ganaches from scratch (including a vanilla and a lemon ganache for the “white” and “yolk” of the egg).
  2. A demo on how to temper chocolate at home.
  3. How to finish your eggs: Each person will fill, cap, and roll, and wrap their eggs.
  4. Tips, tricks, and troubleshooting for making truffles at home.

What you will take away: A dozen cream filled eggs you made yourself in an Easter basket. Recipes and instructions to make your own cream filled eggs at home.

Ticket sales close the day before the event.

 

Refund Policy No cash refunds are available for the cultural events, workshop & classes. With at least 7 days’ notice, we would be happy to provide a credit to use towards other workshops and selected Il Centro initiatives (please inquire).  If you give us less than 7 days’ notice, we may be able to issue a credit if we can fill your seat from our waiting list, but there is no guarantee. No credit will be issued for no-shows: whether you are able to attend or not, the instructor still needs to be fairly compensated. All tickets are 100% transferable at any time – just provide your receipt to the person attending or let us know their name by phone or email.
