Join Giuseppe Cortinovis in this hands-on workshop and learn how to master gluten free pizza dough. Giuseppe will teach you everything you need to know in order to have a delicious gluten free pizza: the best flours to use, how to stretch your dough, toppings preparation and cooking techniques. At the end of the class you will taste the pizza you made and bring home your pizza dough.
Bring an apron, a clean container and an appetite! Feel free to bring a bottle of wine.
