Explore the culinary diversity of Italy with this session of three hands-on cooking classes focused on North, Centre and South of Italy. Chef Enrico will drive you through all the secrets of regional food teaching you how to make a 3 courses meal each workshop; the menu for this workshop is Pasta alla Gricia, Agnello alla Marchiggiana, and cicoria ripassata. We will eat what we cooked, altogether. Don’t forget to bring an apron and feel free to bring a bottle of wine if you want to have a glass of wine while you are cooking.
Price is $ 65 for each session

No cash refunds are available for this workshop. With at least 72 hours notice, we would be happy to provide a credit to use towards other workshops and selected Il Centro initiatives (please inquire). If you give us less than 72 hours notice, we may be able to issue a credit if we can fill your seat from our waiting list, but there is no guarantee. No credit will be issued for no-shows: whether you are able to attend or not, the instructor still needs to be fairly compensated . All tickets are 100% transferable at any time – just provide your receipt to the person attending or let us know their name by phone or email.
