    6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

This is an hands-on class  about one  of our favourite food: CHEESE! Join Kendall from The Modern Pantry and Sarah from Black Sheep Creamery for an evening of laughter and learning. Over the course of 3 hours you will be guided through the process of turning a pot of milk into mozzarella, burrata and ricotta. Of course there will be a lot of sampling along the way. Don’t forget to bring an apron and feel free to bring some wine!

The class starts at 6  and it costs $100 ($95 for ICC members and Slow Food Members).

No cash refunds are available for this workshop. With at least 72 hours notice, we would be happy to provide a credit to use towards other workshops and selected Il Centro initiatives (please inquire).  If you give us less than 72 hours notice, we may be able to issue a credit if we can fill your seat from our waiting list, but there is no guarantee.  No credit will be issued for no-shows: whether you are able to attend or not, the instructor still needs to be fairly compensated . All tickets are 100% transferable at any time – just provide your receipt to the person attending or let us know their name by phone or email.
