Learn essential cookery skills and gain confidence in the cooking some of the traditional Italian dishes. Our Cooking expert Roberto will drive you through three Italian traditional specialties: Fresh pasta with tomato and basil sauce, Pizza with different topping and Crostata cake all from scratch, of course! We will be eating the food we cooked at the end. This is an hands-on class so please remember to bring an apron with you. BUON APPETITO! The class is NOT recommended for celiac and gluten-intolerant. The 3 lessons will be February 18, March 4 and March 11 from 2 to 4 pm. Tickets are $90 for the 3 sessions or $35 each. Non-member price is $100 for 3 sessions and $40 for each.
No cash refunds are available for this workshop. With at least 72 hours notice, we would be happy to provide a credit to use towards other workshops and selected Il Centro initiatives (please inquire). If you give us less than 72 hours notice, we may be able to issue a credit if we can fill your seat from our waiting list, but there is no guarantee. No credit will be issued for no-shows: whether you are able to attend or not, the instructor still needs to be fairly compensated . All tickets are 100% transferable at any time – just provide your receipt to the person attending or let us know their name by phone or email.
